As Frida Kahlo once said “I was not born to be subtle” I live by this statement throughout my works. I love to work with a concept and develop my works to be thoughtful and emotional. I lean towards abstraction as to provoke viewers own perspective, physical and emotional experiences from the painting. I have found myself experimenting with various mediums. This has led to me forming a method and discipline to the way I paint.
