We’re loving the statement grey wall with the accompanying grey fireplace – especially with the adorable candles inside it, as well as around the bottom in Morocco-like lamps. In our opinion, it’s the perfect setup to come home to after a long day at work.

Also adding to the cosy, warm vibes is a big, black and white geometric rug that’s laid across the beautiful wooden flooring, as well as the countless throws placed inside wicker baskets and on top of comfy sofas.

To add the illusion of extra space, invest in an assortment of mirrors to layer and add on the wall – go for both big and small to add interesting textures.

Finally, it wouldn’t be a den if it weren’t for the array of houseplants dotted around the living room. The most effective placing for us is the ivy across the mantle piece, as well as on top of side tables and in the corners of the room – making for a to-die-for jungle-inspired living room.
