Going by the true and secret name of her ancestry, Vanessa's first love was radio. Enamoured with the medium of vinyl records, her inspiration growing into young adulthood were the glorious album covers of the most significant - and not so significant artists of the twentieth century. Subsequent to a career in spoken word and musical events, she found the space to create digital artwork. As a photography enthusiast, she takes pleasure in manipulating her own images, and draws much inspiration from modern art movements with a particular focus on psychedelia, sacred geometry, and pop art.
Vanessa has recently relocated to the wild south coast of Western Australia, surrounded by forests, spectacular coastline, and unique flora and fauna which is sure to inspire future works. Watch this space!
Its a very soulful print. I can't help but smile and feel a calmness every time I look at it. It was money well spent. I chose a black frame and it looks great.
We are very happy with the painting. It adds a nice touch to the living room. Very good quality and price is very reasonable.
