Please do note that you may have to adjust the glass in order to get it straight. When the glass is straight, use the metal clamps on the burner to stabilise it. Fill up the reservoir until the container is about two thirds full and let the wick absorb lamp oil for approx 20-30 minutes. Our kerosene lamps are produced with the purpose of adding light sources in places where there is no electricity, such as small boats, cottages and balconies/gardens. I placed the order on 18/11/24 only to be emailed today 3/12/24 and told the lamp was out of stock and my order cancelled by Fy. The Fy website is still listing the lamp as in stock and available to buy. Website should be up-to-date on out of stock items and it should not take more than 2 weeks to notify customers and item is out of stock especially in the run-up to Christmas.

All positive. . Lovely light but Perhaps not well made. The previous one I bought broke and I let you know and a refund was arranged so it’s no problem.
