Hightide Stapler - Ivory
This stapler is made by the Japanese stationery company Penco. It is made to be held in the hand rather than stood on a desk and, as such, sits neatly in the grip of the hand is extremely comfortable to use.
The stapler comes in two different colours, red and ivory.
It takes a no 10 gauge staple. The item does not come with any staples as standard but they can be purchased separately.

I placed order on 15/01 and finally received the correct item on 4/02. No correspondence from vendor - even though they initially sent the incorrect item. Which I still have and do not know how/where to return. Why should I have to chase and follow up to complete the transaction?
