This industrial style Kaleri side table is made from iron and mango wood by artisans for Nkuku. This practical and versatile piece has a natural mango wood top and useful lower shelf. The cast iron frame contrasts perfectly with the natural mango wood. Perfect for use in a living area as a side table or in a bedroom as a bedside table.

The mango wood for this furniture is a sustainable product. The mango trees are grown for their fruit and harvested by small scale farmers over a number of years. When the trees no longer produce fruit they are cut down and new trees planted. By utilising the wood for furniture production it provides the farmers with a supplementary income.
