This is perhaps the natural extension of the Niwaki range - a selection of vegetable seeds to go alongside their garden tools.
The range is compact - just six varieties - and is also a useful introduction to Japanese vegetables. It includes Japanese aubergine seeds, daikon and mizuna. You will receive 1 packet of each of the 6 varieties.
The number of seeds per pack depends on the particular vegetable - the moor salad-y ones have lots of seeds whereas the aubergine pack has just 5 seeds - the number of seeds per pack is listed against each variety.
The reverse side of each packet is printed with growing instructions and also a description of how you can use the vegetable when the time is right to harvest your crop.
As with the rest of the Niwaki range the seeds are beautifully and simply packaged. Together with any of the other items from their range the seeds would make a very good gift for either a cook or a gardener. On their own they also make a good, easily post-able option.
