The designer Julien de Smedt for Muuto conveys the principles of the large-sized architecture on a small object.
The Crushed Bowl is made of equilateral triangles, which are arranged after principles, which architects use to the modelling of computer models.
This procedure makes the Crushed Bowl to a sculptural object, which reminds of architecture and set itself apart from the bulk of the bowls.
Material: New bone china casted in plaster moulds, hand polished and fired twice.
