These oil-based pencils offer two methods of blending: optical blending, where colors are layered and blended through the viewer's eye, and solvent blending using oil painting thinners such as Gamsol for a more advanced, painterly effect.

I placed order on 15/01 and finally received the correct item on 4/02. No correspondence from vendor - even though they initially sent the incorrect item. Which I still have and do not know how/where to return. Why should I have to chase and follow up to complete the transaction?
