One tone comes from the ZIG Memory System color range while the other is a 50 percent tint of that color. These pens are water-based, pigment, permanent, lightfast, and acid-free, making them suitable for use on paper and even photos. Their flexible felt-tip allows for brush techniques and two-toned blending effects. Each marker is also acid-free and photo safe with two tones.

I placed order on 15/01 and finally received the correct item on 4/02. No correspondence from vendor - even though they initially sent the incorrect item. Which I still have and do not know how/where to return. Why should I have to chase and follow up to complete the transaction?
