The high-quality recycled aluminium is even harder than pure aluminium, as it is combined from different aluminium alloys. Thanks to the thick base with full-surface induction plate and the good material properties of aluminium, the heat is distributed evenly over the food to be cooked and stored optimally. This durable serving pan has increased wear resistance as the 3 layer non-stick coating is highly reinforced with ceramic particles.

Thanks to its low rim and high-quality non-stick coating, this versatile serving pan is ideal for gently frying meat, vegetables, potatoes and egg dishes. The non-stick coating prevents food from sticking.

The ergonomic stainless steel side handles stay cool and are very comfortable to use. The glass lid with steam opening allows convenient visible cooking and prevents the lid from sticking when cooling down.
