Each month is headed with a foil illustrated heading, and plenty of space to write appointments, notes and important dates, as well as a planning section for the months big events and priorities.

I placed order on 15/01 and finally received the correct item on 4/02. No correspondence from vendor - even though they initially sent the incorrect item. Which I still have and do not know how/where to return. Why should I have to chase and follow up to complete the transaction?
