This pretty Sterling Silver Pendant Necklace from Cresta Ceramics has been handmande using textured silver and a porcelain bead. Cresta uses lace to achieve the texture by running it through rollers she then stains the porcelain to get the deep green coloured button. This is high fired in an electric kiln to 1220 degrees centigrade. The silver chain is 925 hallmarked and measures 17.5 inch, 2mm.

I placed order on 15/01 and finally received the correct item on 4/02. No correspondence from vendor - even though they initially sent the incorrect item. Which I still have and do not know how/where to return. Why should I have to chase and follow up to complete the transaction?
