Product details

An upturned bowl-shaped lamp base designed by Claire in Bristol and hand turned in East Sussex using smaller pieces that remain from bigger projects. They come back to Bristol where they are oiled using teak oil and assembled with the lamp fitting components.

This lamp base works well with Claire's 6" tube shade and her 8" retro shade giving the lamp an overall much shorter height allowing it to fit within a bookshelf.

It features a brass switched bayonet bulb holder with an additional inline switch. Linen wrapped cable UK 3pin 3A fused earthed plug.

I placed the order on 18/11/24 only to be emailed today 3/12/24 and told the lamp was out of stock and my order cancelled by Fy. The Fy website is still listing the lamp as in stock and available to buy. Website should be up-to-date on out of stock items and it should not take more than 2 weeks to notify customers and item is out of stock especially in the run-up to Christmas.

All positive. . Lovely light but Perhaps not well made. The previous one I bought broke and I let you know and a refund was arranged so it’s no problem.
