This Book is a Planetarium and other Extraordinary Pop-Up Contraptions

This less a book and more something made of paper and card that borders on being part of piece of pop-up scientific kit.

There are 6 pop ups sections that include the planetarium from the title but also a speaker, a perpetual calendar and a musical instrument. Some of the pages such as the planetarium can be used in conjunction with the torch function on a smart phone to make the piece even more interactive - see photos of the planetarium used in this way. The page gives instruction on use and then a section on 'Why it works'.
