This box of contains 10 pencils in total. They have 5 different designs and there are 2 of each design in the box. The design on the pencils is taken from the Finnish design brand's archive although in a somewhat smaller scale than it is normally seen. The design is called Unikko and was created by Maija Isola in 1964 but still looks fresh and vibrant today.

I placed order on 15/01 and finally received the correct item on 4/02. No correspondence from vendor - even though they initially sent the incorrect item. Which I still have and do not know how/where to return. Why should I have to chase and follow up to complete the transaction?
