Cambridge Imprint is a small paper-making business in Cambridge, England, designing and printing patterned paper. It is known for beautiful colours, joyful illustration and typography, a lively, hand-drawn aesthetic, and meticulous attention to detail. Using simple hand-stencilled screen-printing to create original designs, Cambridge Imprint employ spot-colour lithography to replicate the studio process in manufacturing the final paper product. The result is a matte paper of unparalleled intensity and clarity of colour. This kit contains everything you need to make 36 large origami hearts, or 144 small ones: 36 assorted sheets of red and pink Cambridge Imprint patterned papers, with a beautifully produced book of instructions, all in a keepsake box also covered with Cambridge Imprint paper. To string the hearts together into bunting you will need ribbon, or a needle and thread, which are not included. The heart is an easy origami, suitable for adults and children over the age of 7. The instruction booklet tells you everything you need to know. However, it is much easier to show rather than tell a process of this kind, so if you find you could do with some extra help you will find a demonstration video in the ‘How To’ section of their website.
