This Agapanthus lampshade shows the Agapanthus flower heads in a rich purple and against an eau de nil colour background. The interior lining is in a white finish.
Alison Bick makes each lampshade by hand. Her designs are printed onto cotton fabric, and in her workshop in Cornwall she rolls and tucks each shade individually.
Alison's designs are inspired by living in Cornwall, walking along the coastline and the unique Cornish hedgerows, foraging for season treats, fishing and a love for flowers. Agapanthus grow so well in Cornwall, and can be seen growing wild on the dunes in the Isles of Scilly. It is one of her favourite flowering plants in the garden; it lasts most of the summer.

I placed the order on 18/11/24 only to be emailed today 3/12/24 and told the lamp was out of stock and my order cancelled by Fy. The Fy website is still listing the lamp as in stock and available to buy. Website should be up-to-date on out of stock items and it should not take more than 2 weeks to notify customers and item is out of stock especially in the run-up to Christmas.
