The Duotone vases are a result of Meyers & Fügmanns study into the possibilities of colouring porcelain without the use of glaze. A unique quality of unglazed porcelain vessels is that they can hold water. The cylinders are cast from coloured porcelain slip and placed into colorants. The colour intensity and texture is influenced by various factors in the production process making every vase unique. Each piece is handmade and unique, slight differences are due to the production process.

I placed the order on 18/11/24 only to be emailed today 3/12/24 and told the lamp was out of stock and my order cancelled by Fy. The Fy website is still listing the lamp as in stock and available to buy. Website should be up-to-date on out of stock items and it should not take more than 2 weeks to notify customers and item is out of stock especially in the run-up to Christmas.
