Dimensions: 35 x 33 cm. Adjustable Straps: 70cm to 80cm. This backpack fits up to 17" laptop. You can use your Maria Maleta backpack in two different ways, just pull the straps in the opposite direction and you will have the same backpack but with a different color. Made in Portugal

I placed order on 15/01 and finally received the correct item on 4/02. No correspondence from vendor - even though they initially sent the incorrect item. Which I still have and do not know how/where to return. Why should I have to chase and follow up to complete the transaction? I paid my money in good faith, to buy beautiful items, not to find more stress.. Painful
