We use raw material and manufacturing that is local – naturally grey and white wool is being knitted by skilled artisans in our cottage industry on the Swedish island of Gotland. The wool is 100% Gotlandic, the sheep are grazing the fields of the island maintaining open landscapes and biodiversity. The charcteristics of the wool is what we work with. How it is renewable and sustainable, the fantastic luster of the fiber and what different structures adds to its quality and look. That is eldblå [made of gotland].
