We love our new artwork and it looks amazing in our room. Great service. Thank you.
Your green ‘friends’ and your home deserve better than those natty plastic pots that so many plants come in nowadays. Ceramic planters are long lasting and tough, ensuring you don’t have an avalanche of potting soil spilling over your rug if you get a little overenthusiastic with watering. Obviously, sizing is important: keep in mind the average size you can expect a plant to grow to so you don’t have to repot it down the road, as well as the space you’re keeping it in. Ceramic planters have a real physical presence so don’t go overboard on size or you can find them dominating the room.
Ceramic is amazing in its natural adobe or crisp grey, but when painted it has a certain warm tranquility that’s almost impossible to get with any other material. Just think about paler greens and blues, and of course pink on painted clay and how it has a truly mild feeling, which absolutely heightens the calming, chill vibe that an abundance of houseplants bring to a place. If you really want to feel like you’re relaxing in the tropics you can surround the planters with floral wallpaper or tropical art prints.
Feel free to use ceramic planters to bring a splash of colour into a room. If you’ve been keeping your succulents in your bathroom (a great way to make sure they never need to be watered) try a planter in a bright dandelion or fire red to help bring some flash into what can easily be a monochromatic space. This looks especially gorgeous with blooming succulents like the Christmas or pincushion cactus.
